I have lived at Canetrbury Woods for a little over 2 years, having just recently renewed for a third year! I very rarely have maintenance requests but when I do I have always found the staff to be nice and maintenance very fast and efficient. Parking could be better, but it could also be alot worse. I recommend this property to friends/ family/ classmates and even total strangers! I have lived at Canterbury Woods for about a year and a half (having renwed for a second year in September). I have really enjoyed living here, the office staff is exceptionally nice and very helpful, the apartment is very cozy and maintenace is always good about fixing anything I call in and report in a timely manner! I have referred several classmates here and recieved a $300 rent discount for that (which really helps!) I definately see myself staying here until I graduate if not longer!!
