I have never had a problem with management, maintenance, or bugs. The Bad: I live on the third floor and do, however, smell the cigarette smoke when my downstairs neighbors smoke on their balcony, but that's not the fault of the apartment complex. The dumpsters are a little far away and can get quite full. The "car wash center" is pathetic-- all it is is a carport with a hose-- not even a spray nozzle! The gates are ALWAYS broken, malfunctioning, or just left wide open. No washer/dryer in unit, and one-bedroom apts. have small laundry room (more of a closet, really). Doesn get Comcast, so the cable TV is really awful (channels buzz in and out, cuts off often), and the "high speed" internet from MediaWorks is pathetic (slower than a 56k modem). The Good: I've never heard our neighbors, but do hear the water running quite often (not loud, though). Manageme is nice, even AFTER you sign a lease. Discounts& specials, and prices overall are quite good in comparison to some other complexes around here. Bright apartments, big widows, lots of storage space and large closets, new appliances. I rented from fall '06 through spring '08. ...
