Springfield Apartments is an entirely beautiful complex. I moved in during last fall semester with 2 other roommates. I have had maintenance help me several times with issues, they keep you updated, ask for permission to enter your apartment, as well as call you with any other concerns or questions they need to get the job done. The staff here is also amazing, they do everything in their power to create a happy environment for everyone, and put in the time and work to listen to their residents and their problems. It is a very quiet, lovely, and welcoming experience to be living here. The aesthetics are pleasing, the apartments are clean, and the price is right. One thing to note is the floors and walls seem a little thin, but it isn't anything too major to worry about, as it doesn't bother me, but you can definitely notice some thuds from your other neighbors- which I'm sure would be found anywhere.
