small complex, which was nice for me but left limited parking. great price, fast service, friendly landlord. the kitchen was a little outdated but fully functional. very quite and a 5 minute WALK to campus. This is a review for the complex just off of palmer dr. not the big one off hwy 96 which stole the name. i never lived there but had plenty of friends who did, those setups are crap besides if you want to live in that setup and pay that much money go to one of the brand new ones (there are tons) this ones the oldest.
