The office staff doesn’t have good communication and caused tenants undue additional rent because they could not properly communicate. The tenants turned in notice and the office set up an inspection of the apartment, but waited until the last 30 days of the lease to tell them they were supposed to sign a 60 day notice. Resulting them paying an additional month and a half rent. Sad. ...
