It was good overall, however there are usually parties at this apartment complex. The walls are pretty thin so you can hear any noise outside. I did like how friendly the neighbors were and other dog owners.

Personally, I appreciated that I didn't have to rely on my roommates when it came to paying rent. I really enjoyed the activities and opportunities that were hosted there by TTU. They also had a nice study area for the students that lived there.

Wildwood is an above average apartment complex in Lubbock. Compared to my precious apartment experience at The Avenue, Wildwood was a much more comfortable place to live. The unit comes with a huge tv for entertainment in the living room which is a fantastic bonus. I never had issues with WiFi. The maintenance was decently prompt at fixing issues. The location is a bit far from campus, but I think Wildwood is worth the 15 minute drive to class. ...

Wildwood has been a great living experience over the last several months for me. I enjoy the hot tub, weight room, and grill areas. I have met plenty of awesome people throughout my stay at wildwood, some of which I now consider friends.

Wildwood has been a good experience. I am living in the four bedroom townhome and it is a perfect living space for the price. The furniture is good enough for student living, however, it is not the best quality. The wifi is very good considering it's complimentary. Appliances are updated enough without being the most recent. Utilities are separate from rent, but they don't break the bank. After only one semester of living here, I haven't had too many issues. It really is a great community, but apartment living is not for me. ...

The transition from dorm room to apartment was rough for me. Not only was I blessed to live in an amazing place, I just was not fit to live there at the given time. So in the end, it took some adjusting. When it came to shopping, I was decent at it. I had to compile a list of things I needed for the following week and would then go to the store. The cooking aspect was difficult for me though. I could never find the motivation to go downstairs and cook, so I ended up going out to eat a lot more than I should of. Cleaning was a learning process for me. The apartment I currently live in now is much bigger than my old dorm. So cleaning took much longer than I thought. At the beginning of my stay at Wilwood, I did not enjoy it. After weeks of developing my routine, I finally had the motivation to do everything need to make my time at Wildwood much more enjoyable. ...

I like the space, the rooms are big. The bathrooms are nice and there are walk-in closets too. The kitchen and living room are splendid. The dog community is very nice. The clubhouse too is absolutely nice which includes the gym and the study areas. And of course, the pool is nice too. The only problem with wildwood is that a little far from campus. ...
