Great place to stay for students if they want to share with roommates. Right now the prices are lower due to the coronavirus. It's about a 15 minute walk to campus and UTC where theres a bunch of fastfood/nice restaurants.

Living at the UTC apartments was a great experience because you did not stray far away from the actual campus and you are still mostly living amongst your fellow schoolmates. The apartments offer ample parking and also a swimming pool facility for those that choose to use it. ...

There is a mixture of college students and families amongst the complexes. For the price, it did land on the more expensive side. Although, the proximity to the campus was unmatched. My only issue was the amount of parking.
