Close to UWL, WTC, and Viterbo. Near lots of other off campus housing. Has nice parking lot. Residents have a fob and building is always locked, so it feels very safe. Only downside is it's known as the party building and its loud Thurs-Sun. walls are so thin we can hear the people across the hallway and in their unit with the door closed conversations. ...

ThreeSixty Realty is always on top of maintenance requests and is usually very quick. The landlords listen to the residents, but the only downside of this apartment is the college atmosphere: especially in the middle of a global pandemic.
