Teshnor Manor is an old apartment located in NW Portland. It is one of several apartment buildings that is run by Round Hill Pacific. I have been leasing with them for several years and I am extremely satisfied with their professionalism. Their rent prices are very competitive with most other apartment complexes that are in the area. They allow cats and dogs in their units as well.
