I've been living here ever since I moved to Baltimore to go back to school for my doctorate- three years at the writing of this review. I like that it's a non-university affiliated complex that is near campus (I'm a commuter student), it takes me under
10 minutes to commute. I feel safe to walk in the neighborhood by myself and I like having a gym on site, a washer and dryer in my unit and relatively quiet neighbors. I also like that the building is limited access (you have to have a key or be buzzed into the building).
Some of my most unpleasant experiences in all my time living here: neighbors who smoke weed which permeates the stair well and even permeates into my apartment.
Once, maintenance came while I wasn't home and when I returned home later that night, I found my door was unlocked and had been so for several hours based on the time stamp left on the maintenance slip. Although I didn't detect that anything was stolen, I expressed my concern to the staff and received a very unconcerned, dismissive response.
Finally, I have experienced mice in my apartment unit- they seem to travel throughout the apartments within the building. The maintenance staff have been prompt in setting traps, plugging holes, etc.
