Its fairly nice. I like being in the center of downtown Binghamton, the apartment is pretty cute. One problem we have is that one of our drawers opens into the oven handle and thus cannot open all the way, which is very impractical as space is limited already. Also, the elevator has been broken for most of my time here. In addition to that, there is one security guard that is very unfriendly and rude and makes any interactions, like for a package, very unpleasant. However, the maintenance team is great here, definitely 10/10. ...

It is a great place to live. It is a good transition from dorming to off campus because I still have security in the building as opposed to living in a house like other people chose to do. It is nice having an apartment
