I really like the features and surroundings at Orion. I am a new resident and the area makes me feel very comfortable, plus I am satisfied with my choice of living here for my last year of attending UCF

So far, my overall impression is one of cleanliness, comfort, and overall pleasant experience. The staff has been extremely helpful with acquiring our perfect dream of off-campus housing. I highly recommend Orion on Orpington.

Nice apartment complex only downfall is they only offer 4 bedrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful. The maintenance were always quick to respond and friendly. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub, gym and close to Publix.

My friends and I love Orion. They have handled the Coronavirus professionally and thoughtfully for all of us. The management is so professional and all of the people that work for the front desk are super sweet. I am planning on several more years with Orion. ...

The neighborhood is tucked back so it is quiet at the complex. The only issue with noise is footsteps from the people above you, but I talked to them and they said they just walk heavy and don't own a rug, they're not doing it on purpose or anything. The apartment complex hosts fun events every month and has great opportunities to win things and participate in activities for prizes. The pool and hot tub are very nice, and not too crowded usually. There is plenty of parking for free as well. The trash valet service is quite nice, but you can also bring trash to the dumpster if your bin is full. The staff is also super friendly, and most of them actually remember you by name which is nice. Maintenance is really quick with completing requests and are kind as well. The neighborhood also has an app that you can communicate with neighbors on if you ever have a question. The bedrooms and bathrooms are super nice and easy to decorate and make your own space. The kitchen is nice, lots of cabinet space, and the fridge has plenty of space for 4 people. We don't use the dishwasher, but it looks like it would work just fine. The living room is spacious, and the couch and chair take some time getting used to but are comfortable nonetheless. The TV is great, it gets loud and gets almost any channel you could want or need. The washer and dryer work just fine after having some maintenance done and are just a little loud when they run. The cost is great for what you get, especially with places that have more noise issues and the same amount of space less than a mile from here that cost more. I love living here and have renewed my lease already! (This is all coming from a Standard apartment too, not even the Premium!) ...
