Current Resident

If you have a dog, I recommend living on the first floor. Although your upstairs neighbors can be a little annoying it is more annoying to live on the 2nd floor with a pet and have noise complaints against you. The third floor has higher vaulted ceilings which are nice, however, the living room is all carpet. The first floor only has carpet in the bedrooms, but I believe they are starting to add hardwood floors to the common areas on the second floor. Lux is a very nice apartment complex, I just wish they did not have any carpet at all. There is currently a movie theater being built right in front of the apartment complex which will be so awesome! ...
