I recommend this apartment only if one has the financial means as it is quite pricey. I recommend having 1-3 roommates who work well together. It is fairly quiet besides the yard or construction work. The walls prevent hearing your neighbors, there are pet accommodations, and the rent is easily paid online through your portal. Make sure to have good credit, and 3x the rent as income (combined with your roommates or if parents are paying). It is located next close to the 101 freeway and the 23, making it easy to head around town. ...
