My roommate and I have been living at Legends Living LLC apartments for nearly two years now. It offers individual basement storage, our own laundry utilities, and offsite parking that are all separate from the other tenants within our apartment building. The landlord is very helpful if we ever have any maintenance issue, and is very kind and professional. The neighborhood is located near the YMCA and is generally safe from what I've experienced. The inside of our apartment is always kept up-to-date and it's nice that we have a little bit of lawn space outside as well.
