This apartment building has been a wonderful sanctuary to study in so that I can achieve my optimal grades with Keiser University. The apartment is quiet and calm. There is trash, electric, and water included in the rent.

So far, I am enjoying the atmosphere, people, and the amenities! I live in the studio with my emotional support cat. I have not had one complaint! I have online classes due to COVID and the residents have been very quiet because others are in the same situation as I am. Others work from home as well.
