Haven12 has been nothing but a great living experience. The location to campus is perfect by being very close and minimal traffic. The staff is so kind and and always there to help with anything I need. I always feel safe here and its always pretty quiet. Parking is very easy and convenient. The unit itself is the perfect size and the appliances are great! Very rarely have any issues, but if we do maintenance comes to fix them the same day! Cannot think of one bad thing to say about this place. Love it! ...

Haven12 is an apartment complex that is extremely convenient to the Mississippi State campus. The rooms/bathrooms are big enough for you and you each get your own bathroom. The common area and bedrooms come furnished which is the best! The complex comes with a gym, pool, and tanning bed that is always nice to have. The staff at the office building is extremely helpful and will do anything to make your Haven12 experience amazing. I definitely recommend Haven12! ...
