I would say that the apartments are very good, overall, the neighbors are very nice, the hallways are very quiet, and the staff there is very helpful and quiet kind. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

I resided at the Eagle Landing Apartments for 1 year on and off when I stayed with a friend while being his emotional support system. Of all things I would have to commend the staff on their willingness to always help and keeping the apartment environment clean. This is one of the few places that actually looks like what they advertise and I loved that most. Of course this is more a college based apartment so many teens and young adults will be in the area. But overall it was a fairly quiet place unless there were college parties happening. Be mindful that these apartments are a little pricey so be sure to look into that as well before setting your mind on it. Great place to live! ...

Literally everything that can break will break. First time I went in the apartment there were nail clipping on my bed and dust and dirt everywhere, the chair was nasty, and the AC wouldn't turn off. Comfortable and accessible to the campus and amenities. I found the staff responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of the campus very good. Fellow students took care not to make noise for others.

I would say it’s okay the grounds are really nice and maintained very well. The staff is super awesome and if you have a complaint they help you in no time. However, if you don’t like the constant noise of obnoxious college kids blasting their music or drunk students running around then it it’s not for you. ...
