Wonderful! Great staff and clean rooms! The rooms are clean, and each room comes with a vanity, Bathrooms are small but functional. The kitchen is fully stocked! Close to the UNR campus, stores, mall, and clinic.

Nice apartment complex with friendly staff and neighbors. The close proximity to the university offers walking distance as a possibility to get to all classes without the use of a car. Rent is fairly fair priced.

I have lived here for only this fall semester of 2020. I have three roommates and the space has a living area and a kitchen. For a student styled apartment, it is very spacious, although there could be a bigger fridge and more cabinet room for four residents. So far I have had a good experience. The apartment building is on the safer and nicer side of campus, and its rent is not as high as some of the more popular buildings. The landlady is very sweet and helpful, and most maintenance problems are taken care of right away.
