Aspen Cove is a good, quiet little building. The walls are a bit thin in the apartments, though, so it's pretty easy to hear what your roommates are doing or saying. Each room is private with its own individual bathroom that makes living there nice. There are 2 washing machines and 2 dryers in the main Aspen Cove building, which can make it hard to get your laundry done on the weekend, but easy if you do it during the week. It's nice to have a parking lot right by the building, but it's also hard to get a parking spot in the winter if you aren't back to the apartment by 5pm or earlier. There are a couple of families across the street that have been cause for safety concern before, as cops have been called on them multiple times. However, the police are always quick to respond to any complaint. The landlord makes sure to keep things in working order, and responds quickly to any questions or problems that come up. Overall, I really like living at Aspen Cove; it's not busy like other apartment complexes, which is perfect for college students who are in the final years of their college careers, or who just want a quieter place to live. ...
