My experience in this apartment was not the best I would have hoped for. Many of the other tenants on my floor made a lot of noise and often had many people over. This made it hard to study for exams.

I enjoyed staying at Royal Oaks. It was quiet and peaceful. The office personnel was nice and helpful. The maintenance department was quick and efficient. I would recommend this apartment for college students.
