You know that song the kids sing off YouTube… I live with Roaches. That is the theme song of these apartments. The infestation is terrible. They spray and then paint over a spot so it smells like fresh paint when you walk in and view the apartment you aren’t even moving in when you tour the property. The neighborhood is decent when the kids aren’t terrorizing every thing you own or being local thugs and shooting at one another odd hours of the night occasionally. I want to break my lease and move but who wants to be the one taking roaches with them from place to place?! Lashawn’s office staff is always replaced every few months and the staff we now have pretend to care or be doing anything about the problems but they are ignored and skipped over as well. They need to investigate where all this money is going that’s been stolen. Heard this one lady tell me she was still owed money after they tried evicting her so check your ledgers carefully! I’ve been here for 5 years and the rent goes up but no upgrades and I can’t even use my oven and stove properly. Run far from here. It’s definitely a rip off since you have to give 60 days or be charged rent and lose your deposit after you sign your lease the bugs come pouring out the walls as soon as you live stuff in. ...
