Unless you want constant complaints from your neighbors and threats from the office for doing nothing wrong don't move here. You'd think that paying the outlandish rent rates it is an enjoyable and peaceful community. The truth is the lack of insulation causes you to hear everyone, and keeps your moron neighbors calling the police because some one fell down or tripped. If you need a repair or have a complaint forget about it, there is no point in calling because if they come to fix it, it breaks again. The closet doors won't stay on track, the locks on the patio/balcony doors will break and never lock. You can't watch television or play music or do anything that might make the lightest sound because you'll get the cops called on you However, if there is a pet making annoying sounds right below your bedroom that wakes you, forget it just change your schedule to suit the neighbors. Oh yes and people with asthma beware, if some one in the building smokes it will be in the hallway and your apartment. There really are no amenities, the pool is closed Monday and usually there is a bunch of disgusting kids spitting and peeing in it when it is open, oh and the gym membership does cost so don't let that fool you. oh yeah there is also a burned house on the lot...some peoples cars were destroyed by it that live in one of the buildings...and not fixed I rented from spring '06 through fall '07. ...
