I'm currently in Montclair, not Winter Ridge but they are owned by the same company. Management is awesome. Maintenance is awesome. However, pest control is the worst. I've been here 9 months and I'm not sure when they switched companies but Knox was much, much better. The woman that came to spray my apartment claimed there was no evidence of roaches and when I retuned home there were 2 in my living room floor. She wanted me to put them in zip lock bags and bring them to her. It's time consuming and ridiculous that I have to argue with pest control to spray. I love it here and so does my cat, however I'm extremely unhappy with the hassle this has caused. I'm so thankful management has been so accommodating through this process!
