If you are thinking about moving to greenwood at Ashley river... DON'T! I'm begging you please don't waste your time here... If you only believe one review please believe mine.. I'm a simple person who doesn't require much but at what point is enough enough? I have been here for 8 months NO ONE has come to fix my dishwasher no one has come to fix the outlets in my kitchen I cannot even plug up my blender my toaster or anything in my kitchen. I've gone to the office about this multiple times nothing has been done for 8 months! Also I am being charged more for water every month and it's not my fault because my toilet is running and they won't come and fix my toilet... THEY KEEP BLAMING IT ON BEING SHORT STAFFED BUT BEING SHORT STAFFED MAKES YOU NOT FIX ANY OF MY ISSUES FOR 8 MONTHS? THAT JUST DOESN'T MAKE ANY SENSE... There is NOTHING luxury about the apartments at greenwood at Ashley River absolutely nothing... Maintenance and management will string you along so if you want a peaceful place to live don't waste your time here.... ...
