I live at Crescent Landing in Greenville South Carolina an apartment complex. I am permanently disabled due to diabetes causing heart and kidney failure. I also have a bad back which locks down if I bend too low or too often. I can't physically do what they want me to do. I have been here 6 years in September. On June 30th I got yelled and screamed at by Erin Rentz over catfood. When I asked her where I should put it she just yelled back "I'll give you notices. I don't want her anywhere near me or my apartment ever again. Highly unprofessional and she needs to leave whatever personal issues she is having at home. I was not a fan of alicia ratkowiak either but she never yelled at me. I was on a cane a day and a half because of cleaning and 6 hours on a heating pad. REAC was here yesterday. They have to fix the door mouldings which were damaged before I moved here and the door gasket on my refrigerator. There is a place on my kitchen floor that came up 3 years ago that I called twice about and never got a response. I had covered it to keep it from getting worse. I keep phone records. I called January 2020 at 7pm and again in March 2020 at 6:18 pm. I have been trying to get my range replaced since 2 months after I got here. Called alicia twice, October 14th 2017 and December 18th 2017 and Erin 3 times all before I found out it wasn't grounded and could burn my apartment down. I'm pissed because my back is still stiff and it doesn't need to be. I'm on an island alone here and they know that. Recently I have been given a social worker by my insurance. She is recommending I file a P and A. I will be talking to her more soon. I just wanted to quietly live out my life but people keep getting in the way and causing me pain. One thing I forgot to mention, on July 5th pest control was supposed to spray my apartment. They never showed . I called about it but again no response and roaches are everywhere here. Last year I was harassed for months by a girl named bailey and her friends. They have cameras back here. It took months and finally they looked at their cameras and called their parents but I got admonished for "leaving long voice mails and making too many phone calls." Well, maybe do something about the issues?! Maintenance is excellent here but they can't fix what they don't get a work order for. Lastly, December 15th 2021 around 12:30pm I get a call from Dawn saying " I'm sorry hun but your rent didn't get paid. I pay by check. I had paid with no issues 50 months straight. Somehow the operation system here and with my bank were not communicating. I had to make 3 trips to my bank to rectify the situation. It took a great deal out of me and I can never go through that again. When I first got into the office Erin treated me like a criminal that had stolen food from her children. Dawn wanted to know how the bank new she had tried to draw the money. They know because of the ABA routing number. It's specific to each bank. I still had over $900 in the bank. It was their error not mine but I felt violated. I have never missed or been late with a payment and I didn't appreciate being treated like a convict. I don't like being screamed at or talked to like I'm 5. And if you make it through a weekend here between the broken glass, roofing nails perfectly placed, I had 6 in one of my tires 2 weeks ago, and the juvenile delinquents breaking mirrors installed to prevent blind spots and running across rooftops which they have been told millions of times to stop then good luck to you. This is the worst bunch of kids I have ever seen. Totally out of control and management is impotent. Even visitors who should be banned by now cause problems with no accountability. This can't continue. People don't call and complain because they have given up. Not a good look for the property. There is no cat urine on ALL SURFACES in my apartment .
