BEWARE!!!! You cannot break the lease for ANY reason. You have to keep paying until the lease is up, you find someone to sublease or be put on the waiting list with the leasing office. The residents here are not clean. They leave bags of trash on the balcony, they don't pick up after their dogs, they urinate in the elevator, they trash the hallways, they leave dishes in the sink for weeks, the stove, microwave and refrigerator are nasty. Although someone cleans the grounds everyday (except poop), the residents don't keep it clean. ...

Management company is far below the price you are paying. Parking is impossible if it's a weekend. The staff uses the pool to throw it's own parties and basically outcasts you when you try to use the amenities. If you have an issue it'll be almost a month until it's even responded about. Illegal activity has no repercussions here. General Manager is more focused on running a party house rather then a business. Rented 2012-2014. Now the rates are going up regardless of if your original resident. Live at the cove. Monarch is not anywhere you want to live... Just somewhere to party. I rented from fall 10 through spring 11. ...

Not at all worth the price. The water pressure in the shower and sink is awful. The air units have a tendency to break frequently. Strongly recommend your reconsider living here. I rented from spring 11 through summer 11.
