"New management" team is trying to make a name for his self by trying to enforce rules (without warnings..only evictions, etc)..such as all kids have to wear shoes..must clean up after dogs...(most places that have this rule offer a dog walk area, trying to enforce trespass without signs up ( cant do this ..wont hold up in court..without proof of signs up). Instead of focusing on what needs to be done crazy issues such as kids wearing shoes is on the forefront ...such issues as firing the maintaince workers that only rig up things instead of fixing them the right way the first time, etc. The gestapo is truely back here at Brookside!!! Stay away..you wont get anything fixed around here..only threats of evection even when you havent done a thing wrong!!! ...
