This place is horrible. I was stranded here by necessity (school, not a lot of money) for a few semesters. I left in December. For starters, their web site lies. There is nothing modern about the place. There is no security (courtesy or otherwise) and everything is patched up just long enough to get you to move in. The roofs leak. The AC leaks. Hit and runs are common place. There are drugs sold out in the open, very few residents speak English, and the place is located closer to a chicken processing (nothing like the smell of "Columbia Farms" on a hot afternoon) plant than USC. My girlfriend and most of her friends were afraid to walk around by themselves at night. Don't take my word for it. Before renting I would recommend driving through the place after dark. They also advertise a "clubhouse". It closed shortly after we moved in and hasn't reopened since. When it was closed in the Summer management said it would be closed for two weeks. Even when it was open you could only use it at night because during the day it was filled with kids, people sleeping, surfing porn, blasting music, or generally like animals. At night it was a little better because it was staffed and they would make sure the non-sense was kept to a minimum. Parking is also at a premium. If you're lucky you could park NEAR your apartment.
