I have lived at Waterview for three years now. The parking is horrible for the residence. The complex informed us that we would get assigned one parking space about two months ago, and they still haven't painted the numbers down, so we are still fighting for a parking spot regularly with no date in sight for the painting of these damn numbers. The maintenance takes forever to fix anything in your apartment. It is very frustrating, and I wish these things can be improved. ...
