I have nothing but negative things to say about this place. We have lived here for almost 2 years and cannot wait to get out. We are so embarrassed of the place we don't have guests over or family. There are bugs and mice. We got an upgraded kitchen only to find out AFTER we moved in that you can either wash your clothes OR use the stove...can't do both at the same time. You would think that would be an important aspect they would want to inform the tenant of. We constantly have leaks in our ceiling and they just come and spray paint over it. There is mold covering our air conditioning. The only time you can reach anyone helpful at the office is when they need something from you. Otherwise they are MIA. Please do not move here. I have been nothing but miserable for 2 years. I rented from summer 10 through summer 11. ...
