when i was moving in, The landlord tried to steal $800 from me by hiding my receipt. Although the regional manager was aware that he had been stealing money from residents as well as the company, i had to come up with my receipt. they rob you on your way out as well. They scam you on the lease. they will find a way to keep your money. They are making me pay $640 for them to repaint for "THEIR" next tenant even though i never touched their walls. I only lived there for 1 year!. I left that apartment clean from top to bottom. Not to mention it was filth when i moved in. I have never dealt with anything like this.
