Please do not rent here. You will regret every min. of it. New management has much to be desired. No privacy, parties all the time. No actual maintenance person to speak of (he knows nothing) New manager I hear is ? well you figure it out. PMI (Chateau) is not a good place to live if you are going to school. Bard I recommend and the new DeerField commons I rented from spring '09 through fall 10. ...

used to be a nice place to live before the new manager took over. Now nothing gets done. Maintenace is so bad I swear this guy Dan I think knows nothing about maintenance.Ben was the best this guy is an ass. New manager just a bitch. Think twice before moving in there. I recommend Bard I rented from fall '08 through winter '09. ...
