There are mice - always! Maintenance is okay, you have to be friends with them to get anything done. They're over worked and under paid, so they have no motivation to get anything done for you otherwise! Everyone, tenants and the people working there hate the owner, Janet. There is only street parking. They are very over priced, and are not that great. They look nice, but you should live off Powelton and you'll find better places! I rented from fall '01 through fall '03. ...
