The apartment is very nice. Appliances and rooms and furniture are modern and up to date. My only complaint is that it is quite expensive to live there and the staff and maintenance is not always the best.

This is my first year living at One on Centre and I plan to stay here another year! The prices are pretty steep, which is main complaint, but it does include internet, furniture, and maintenance, which is a plus. Overall it's been a good experience, but I wish the security system was more effective. There was an incident here where someone stole all the Mac computers in the computer lab; I'd be more at ease if I saw security officers on the property. ...
