It was convenient and desirable to be a short bus ride from campus so that you can have separation from the busyness of campus. Having an apartment that faces the courtyard can help to meet neighbors.

The apartments are nice in that every individual has their own room, and parking is available for everyone. The staff here are very community orientated and provide fun events every month for the residents. It can get quite loud on weekend since the walls are thin, and upon move in there were many frustrations because the apartments were quite dirty. However, in the end, I would recommend The Park to a friend because of the friendly staff, the soon to be renovated apartments, and the quality of the location. ...
