A LOUSY place to live...horrible, lazy management, building poorly maintained, mice, no security, increases in rent with no improvement...PLUS landlord threatens to kick you out if you complain to HER boss. She has an assistant who lives on the grounds with his bad a-- son. Also, there is suspected DRUG activity going on, all kinds of trespassers who don't even go through the FRONT door but sneak in from balconies! DISGUSTING!!! I found out from L & I that the fat, lazy female landlord had not even renewed the RENTER'S insurance on this property-- which is steadily falling apart! DO NOT MOVE HERE! GET A HOUSE INSTEAD!!!
