The place is dirty, and it is not maintained. Hidden costs for trash/water of $60-$70 a month. Cost of gas and electric is very high! If you have $1200 a month to throw away and dont mind loud neighbors and large dogs..then this is the place for you! A Dorm is much better and cheaper then this place! I rented from summer '06 through fall '07. ...
