Mice, bedbugs, spiders, roaches & crazy utility bills await. Fantastic location and they spend a ton of money on the outside of this place but the inside has bedbugs, mice, roaches, and spiders. My first heat bill was hundreds of dollars and I was completely surprised. Never sign a lease without talking to the neighbors first.
