Do your homework building is over priced no dog park numerous issues with building common area carpets filthy. There is no 24 hr maintenance it will wait till Monday even with emergency issues. As maintenance just some jack of all trades living in building . Children playing in lobby and management has no control over them. As well as property management unprofessional and large windows not properly insulated correctly so drafts and then they ask that your heat stay on 73. You also cannot use back parking lot and parking is a nightmare please do your homework . Look up Jennifer Cullen who is management and numerous reviews or reedits discussing issues with building as well as management .A 1 bdrm 1400 is , 2bdrm 1600 and 3 bdrm 2000 no amenities besides in unit washer and dryer . You could find a better environment for these prices . And building cleaners a joke they walk down hall with rag and act as tho they touched something building halls are filthy and homeless squatters at one point in basement. Security code for building a joke neighborhood kids have it uber eats has it or the occasional tenants yelling across lot to give it to someone . Dont let them tell you we have a front desk guy for security same guy for 24 hr maintenance lmao. Packages also get stolen alot as building has rift raft in and out as well as folks selling who knows what . Most of maintenance crew are gentlemen but don't speak no english so extremely hard to communicate when sent for work orders .Management doesn't communicate building repairs with proper notice or answer maintenance orders even tho they ask you for number and tell you they will let you know when they are on the way. Owned by Greenzang Property look on social media alot of info can be found on conditions and professionalism of management . Also most good reviews are from people with conflict of interest as like related to maintenance or management in some capacity or friends of . One of tenants are currently before i left doing documentary of building and conditions and i cant wait till it comes out . Hope this saves someone from headaches and stop this greedy company from taking advantage of Tenants and price gouging. Darby should have just allowed it to be a medical facility then let this company purchase for this .They advertise as luxury and the building joke is its the Projects of the county . ...
