Great place! Private rooms are a lifesaver in college! There are many buildings and apartments and they are well kept. Maintenance, paying rent and amenities are awesome! Easy to transfer to a different unit if you want to trade roommates!

These apartments are awesome. They have huge common space and private rooms, 2 bathrooms per apartment, 2 fridges, big pantry and closets. I wish the amenities were open for use but other than that its fantastic.
