This apartment complex tries to make you think they are roses and candy, but in actuality, this apartment complex is HORRIBLE!! We were paying $1300 for a ONE bedroom apartment that was FREEZING cold in the winter and sweltering HOT in the summer. Their heat and a/c was all done through the electric, so any time you need to turn up the heat, or turn on the central air, you would be paying out the butt in an electric bill. This place also does not return your security deposit, even if you leave the apartment SPOTLESS!! We scrubbed our apartment head to toe, and it looked move in ready, but the staff tried saying we owed them money in damages AFTER they took what they had of our security. This place is AWEFUL! Do not rent from this place!!!! I rented from fall '09 through winter 11. ...

Horrible staff especially the Parrot (beverly). Old apartments but great pool. I rented from fall '05 through fall '06.
