I lived at Kensington back in 2015-16 and it was really bad ,they never came to fix things when it was needed to be fixed (like stove ,fridge ,washer) ,you things that you NEED ,the whole crew at this place suck! Starting from the general manager going down to the receptionist ,back then we had a 1st FL apt and the ppl living upstairs were awful ,would always make noise at times that you wasn’t supposed to ,stumping on the floor and being just loud ,me and my wife decided to move out in 2016 ,then came back in 2019 and been currently living here since then (we came back because it was our last option and didn’t got nowhere to go ,we thought that things had change but instead it got worse! Now the ppl that lives upstairs are just terrible ,they don’t work so they sleep all day and are up all night ,me and my wife work 5:30am (sometimes 7am ) to 3pm and we almost never home until after 3pm watch tv for 4hrs or less and then to sleep again ,last month I decided to play music while cooking ,(til this day I never complained about the upstairs neighbors ) because they look like they are in their 50’s and 40’s so wanted to be very considered about them being probably retired or just living off the government .so they called the office and said we were being very loud ,again this was on a week day and it was around 4:00PM ,when it’s been more than a yr of us dealing with stumping on the floor and moving furniture from 11pm to 5AM ,they always do this every single day ,and we never ever said anything ,and since they complained about us playing music at 4pm on a Wednesday the office send us a warning letter saying that someone brought it to their attention that we were very loud when again it was at 4PM on a Wednesday so I was furious about it and called them the office which they didn’t even want to hear my side of the story they just told me that we needed to keep in mind that our noise can disturb others trust me I was livid too.,beside that we always have to beg for the to come fix stove and AC ,so whoever out there that is looking into coming to life at Kensington club ,don’t let the pool pictures and the soft talking receptionist fool you ! TAKE OUR ADVICE AND STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!! Do NOT even submit an application please trust me don’t do it ! ,once you sign the contract and they give you the keys they start being very rude and not caring about anything that might need to be fixed ! Also the floors from every upstairs neighbors are very noisy and it sounds like they are walking in your room (that’s how loud the noise of the steps and floor is ) .unless your situation is like ours that you have no place to go ,just PLEASE DO NOT LIVE HERE ,you will be very disappointed if you do ! . ...
