BEWARE!!! It almost as though these people are running a scam. I was asked to pay a $35 application fee, which by the way is only done by check which I had to mail from out of state, then turn around to approve me and place me on an indefinite wait list. The 3 bedroom suite, I applied for, was recently updated on apartment.com and it shows that it's still available while I am being told it's is unavailable. It should be illegal to ask people to apply for an unavailable apartment. ...
