Terrible apartment. The ceiling leaks, the plumbing sucks, and the landlord refuses to fix anything. No heat in the winter- apartment averages 55-60 degress. No air conditioning in summer. Averages 80-90 degrees. DON'T LET THE LOW PRICE FOOL YOU! I rented from winter '08 through summer '09. ...
