My rent was raised at least $50 to $100 every year. I don't think this conform with the inflation rate exactly. Also the walls and floors are so thin I can hear and smell everything in the other units. In addition, be prepared to have your security deposit completely taken for non-issues. For the price The Villages in Voorhees are a better option. I rented from fall '04 through fall '07. ...

Very clean complex and apartments. Maintenance was always quick when called. Neighborhood is very nice, safe, and mostly quiet. I highly recommend this complex. I rented from summer '04 through summer '05.
