Lived here since 2013. Nothing but problems with landlord. Things falling apart, broken, leaking windows, tiny vents, flooding basements and mold!!!!!!!!!! Not even worth free rent! And they do charge for water even though online it says they don't. Only thing was neighbors good except several thefts but I think that was from people not living in this dump! I rented from summer 2013 through fall 2015. ...
