I have nothing but negative things to say about this place. We have lived here for almost 2 years and cannot wait to get out. We are so embarrassed of the place we don't have guests over or family. There are bugs and mice. We got an upgraded kitchen only to find out AFTER we moved in that you can either wash your clothes OR use the stove...can't do both at the same time. You would think that would be an important aspect they would want to inform the tenant of. We constantly have leaks in our ceiling and they just come and spray paint over it. There is mold covering our air conditioning. The only time you can reach anyone helpful at the office is when they need something from you. Otherwise they are MIA. Please do not move here. I have been nothing but miserable for 2 years. I rented from summer '09 through summer 11. ...

Kingswood apartments management absolutely does not care about their residents. They require an obscene amount of information to conduct a "routine background check" so that as a resident, they can charge you exorbidant fees for ridiculous reasons. For example, with no notice, they decided to stop accepting credit card payments. Our credit card payment was submitted ahead of time, but they waited until a day after the payment was late to inform us of their change in policy, and then charged a $100 late fee. I also know of at least 8 villanova students who were charged $800 for carpet replacement, when there was literally no damage done to the carpets. I would avoid this place at all costs. I rented from spring '06 through spring '07. ...
