This place sucks and they man is very arrogant and a bad business person. You have to be a felon or a drug user to work for him and he tries to steal your money I rented from winter 2016 through fall 2018.

First, you either have to be a felon or a drug user to work for this guy. Second, not only do you not get your deposit back you get charged for other items that were not damaged. When I did not get my deposit back from Ron Corcetti, I was sure there was a mistake. But, no, I was appalled to find out that from other past renter that cheating people out of their deposits is standard practice for him. He basically uses the deposits to pay for the upkeep on his places, charging departing tenants for the normal painting and updating any decent landlord would do for the next tenant. Since I have been asking around, it turns out that no one has a good word to say about him, calling him a liar, a crook, and much worse. I wish I would have asked around before I made the mistake of renting off of him. I will never make that mistake again and I strongly discourage anyone from ever doing business with Ron Corcetti. This place was a complete nightmare!!!! It was dirty when we moved in which should have been a huge red flag. They don't give you ANY notice if they want to show your apartment, they don't respect you and they WILL rip you off. Not to mention Ron Corcetti is a HUGE creep. I caught him standing outside of my door one evening listening to a persona conversation my boyfriend and I were having. Keep looking... ...

No matter how clean you leave it, you wont get back your securiry deposit. Even with a walk thru, hes attempting to charge for renovations he had intended to do when i left!

This is NOT the place to rent an apartment. This landlord is out to take advantage of any tenant he can get his hands on. He has recently changed my lease, and has been very difficult with maintenance repairs to my apartment. He up-charged my utility payments and increased our water usage to 120.00 a month! (There are only two of us and we were denied the installation of a washer or dryer!) Please continue your search for a reasonable landlord and a fair rent price. ...
