there are new owners and they are great they are fixing this place up good. we have a new roof , windows, plumbing , security doors, security system, washers dryers etc. we are no longer called oak terrace its villages of westbrook. only con is the staff that fixes the place up are theives dont put anything vauleble in storage and stay home when they are fixing ur apartment I rented from summer '06 through fall '08. ...
